Received yesterday and started using it straight away. I have a couple of 1996 jet skis that I am repairing. I've tried several other methods to remove old damaged or faded decals. From plastic razor blades to plastic scrapers, xylene, goof off, etc, there has been no success with it. So I watched a video about this product and it got pretty decent reviews so I figured why not. Overall, this product saved me time and effort and did the job that other methods couldn't do. Advantages: - Product keeps what it promises. - Easily attaches to any power drill - Actually works with hard-to-remove stickers - Easy to use Cons: - Although it may not require much effort in every situation. It took a lot of effort to remove those 20 year old stickers. Of course, with that said, nothing else will work. So it doesn't have to be a con. as this is a warning that some effort may be required on your part. The wheel only took half of my project. Of course, most works will not be 20 year old decals. There are 4 stickers on each of my jet skis that I wanted to remove (8 in total). I was able to remove 4 decals and have 4 left. So far there is a bit of impeller left on this product. Not enough to complete the uninstall project. At around $22, that means it cost me just over $5 per sticker. However, it saved time and effort. So I guess I'll have to live with it and have to buy another one to finish. Having never used this item before, I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of efficiency or cleanliness. This product spews dust and particles from wheels and decals everywhere. So make sure you work in an area you can clear. Also, I would recommend using safety goggles and at least a disposable or better mask. I am very happy with this item and would buy it again if needed.
