Review on GreatCall Jitterbug Smart2: User-Friendly No-Contract Smartphone for Seniors, in Black by Manuel Gfx

While the product appears to be a good, simple, easy to read and use mobile phone, the activation issue reviews are decent. I spent 1-2 hours on 4 separate calls to customer service and tech support. One person asked me to wait and then hung up. The last person from tech support helped, but the Great Calls solution is to set up activation and send in a replacement phone. It seems that what is needed is an easy-to-use mobile phone with an existing proven and reliable service provider. Great Calls makes money off monthly service fees, but doesn't create a phone that's easy to activate.
