large amount of loose yarn in center of each pack
I bought 5 packs of yarn and when I tried to pull the end out of the center of each pack a large amount of yarn came out of the center It was only placed there to save weight or to do something like that. It was not connected to the rest of the yarn. Very disappointed and at the moment we are in the middle of Covid and I cannot return it. I've never had this and it's such a scam. I gave them one star, the yarn is very soft.
