The ease of use, its flexibility allows for quick set up with minimal training required as well. It is very user friendly which makes it easy for volunteers who are not technical users themselves. I would like that we could have more customization options such as having our own colors or logo instead of using their standard ones. For now though this isn't an issue since they allow you to customize these things yourself if need be (as long as it's compatible). Giving at church events was difficult before because there were so many steps involved in getting money from donors into my bank account. This made those days when everyone else had donated but me feel even worse.
