Review on Whitworth Drive Shallow Sockets Bi Hex by Aaron Clayton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works well and all sizes you'll likely need.

These sockets are of good quality and work well. There are no issues to report. Personally I would have preferred 6 point sockets but options are very limited with Whitworth tools so I am happy with this purchase. A very nice kit covering all the dimensions needed for vintage British cars. You might not think you need them for your 60's or 50's UK car with SAE nuts and bolts, but many aftermarket suppliers continued to use Whitworth well into the 1960's - like SU carburettors, Tecalemit oil filters, some Lucas components, brakes. Shoe trees etc. The price was also very pleasing.

  • Quick Change
Cons
