Got a lot here at Revain after years of being on my wish list. Sometimes it just takes patience. Don't wait for Omni Jig or Leigh. That's not it. But it can be used by trial and error. Make sure you set it up the first time you use it by clamping a good wide butt stock and checking with a small angle that the front threaded studs (the ones with big knobs) are perpendicular to the workpiece surface both top/bottom and left/right . I was going to send everything back to Revain until I found out that was the problem, but then I just screwed some 3/8 nuts onto the studs, leaving them out to protect the threads, and put a piece of pipe on top of it , and tweaked it until it all became unequal. A small alignment issue here can make it almost impossible to place the stencil on a horizontal blank or sacrificial substrate, rendering the entire device virtually unusable, but once that was fixed I got acceptable results right away. A star deduction for this stupid mistake, which probably could have at least been mentioned in the instructions. Oh yeah, they're also pretty lame by the way. I cracked mine open with a few extra screws and an aluminum bracket so I could attach a 12" wide vacuum attachment and pick up some dust. One star off for the lack of dust extraction (that shouldn't be difficult for a PC, should it? Recommend at least an accessory for it!). It's a good investment. Certainly not for fine work, but you'll probably still need to cut by hand for that. Oh yes, there are also many cutters in the kit! It really is a complete package that just needs a bit more engineering.
