Great for tracking sales lead generation efforts
I like that the software is user friendly, it's easy to set up and you can configure your own workflow in order to streamline what needs to be done with each individual search request. The support also seems really good overall. Not much at all. Honestly, I'm not sure if there are any downsides to this product other than price (especially compared to some of our competitors). We have been using Search Stax as part of our CRM tool stack. It has enabled us to create custom dashboards where we track leads across multiple sources.
Pros
- Using single sign on from SFDC makes for seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing cloud & SstaX data sets into one platform which allows me more ability/options when trying different things within an engagement or campaign
