Review on PACE+ by Bradley Wacks

I like that it's easy to use for all levels of users (from tech savy employees who can navigate their way through complex systems to first time patients). It has been very helpful in our organization with communication between providers and staff members as well as patient tracking. The interface could be easier to understand if you are not already familiar with computers or technology but overall there isn't much we dislike about this program so far! We have seen improvements since using Pace+. Communication among team members regarding medical records/progress notes from appointments was hard before implementation; now team member access information easily via email when they need help accessing files stored within the system.
