Received this as a birthday gift to use with a chain diffuser and felt inserts and when I received the item the box looked like someone had used it like a soccer ball it was so crushed and I could see and Odor would be an issue, when I opened the bottle it leaked everywhere. All over the box and it was awful. I would really mind if they offered me a substitute, but I didn't have an oil to give to someone who likes coconut scented oils. and i asked for a replacement but was told i could only get a refund so i had to look for a good coconut scented oil that came close to a happy bath and body only very disappointing in this item and service after that Incident. After the message I had to comply with the requirements of the company who didn't just want the photos, which was good, I understand that, but after taking the photos I was told that each photo should have its own information on the image, so I had to redo them, it was just a lot of hassle for a bottle of oil after someone else's delivery failure
