Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good but not great. USB is not very reliable.

Great concept, works on both Mac and PC. Video works well with two monitors. The analog audio output and microphone input also work well. What doesn't work well is USB switching. The mouse and keyboard will freeze intermittently for 15-20 seconds before returning. This happens about every 5 minutes, which is unacceptably annoying. If you have an application that requires a constant connection to a USB device (e.g. streaming video from a USB webcam), the 15-20 second USB gap mentioned above may not be solvable. If it was just a switcher for video and audio I would rate it higher. But to be really useful as a multi-system switcher, you also need to be able to switch keyboard and mouse, which is sporadic on this device.
