I may have a bad coil but it doesn't weld very well with 100% AR at 35psi. Unfortunately I didn't measure him, but I suspect he was also too big because he had trouble eating or stopped eating altogether when he was hot. Even when applied, the sweat quality was terrible. When it ran out I replaced it with a Harris 0308LE2 308L spool which worked great with great weld quality with much less spatter and great feed. I will no longer buy US Forge/MESSER wire.
