I have metal stands in my apartment and I didn't want to hang my TV on them. This device meets the requirements. I used my own level but I still had a hard time getting an exact level. My TV hangs about 16 inches to one side. Should I delete it and start over? No, I'll live with it for a while and then get rid of it. It takes two to hang the TV.
