The customer service, the support, the great team. The ease of use and the ability to customize the system to fit your needs. There is not much that I dislike about FCS. I would like to see more opportunities for customizations, and more information on the best way to use the system to reach your goals. I am not a fan of the system being so easy to use that it can be overwhelming at times. I use FCS for my sales team. The benefits are that it is very easy to use, and it has so many features that are helpful for the industry. I am able to keep track of my sales, my opportunities, my team, and my customers. I am able to easily communicate with my team, and I am able to easily access reports that show my sales performance.
