When I opened the package I was very surprised to see the nature of the fabric - it has an almost glossy sheen to it not visible in the packaging Photo. At first I wanted to return them, but I decided to try if it's so noticeable when it's hanging. While I would have preferred a matte brushed finish, this one fits the price point. Also, I had to check the photos to see if the lining was lined - they are not lined with white fabric. So if that were an issue, you might want to reconsider the purchase. As we have blinds on the windows it's not such a big deal but those who use them solely as a tint should be aware that the color you buy is the color that is on the outside. Edited to add: The seller responded to my review very quickly and really wanted to make me happy. I would not hesitate to buy from them again - they are very dedicated to customer service. :)
