Honestly, I've been pumping this thing for a month. First I use it on very old hardware as you can see in the photos. So my setup level is a little low due to the large cabinet I had to move and the coax cable on my old TV saying I did it and I already had another antenna so I hooked it up (see other reviews who were unimpressed). Everything was fine until I accidentally changed the channel with the TV remote, after which I couldn't turn on the menu anymore. So I thought of returning the whole thing especially since I wanted to attach the supplied antenna to another TV and it broke within 5 minutes of touching it (wires disconnected lol) but connected to rca instead (worked great). But then I needed Cinch for other purposes, so I started playing around with Coxial again. The reviews said to change that I still had no luck. When it was on the RCA I saw a factory reset, I got the code, the settings menu reappeared, I set it back to coax and hooray! everything is better. I think it's great and called xfinity yesterday and 'cut the official cord'. If I were to do it again I would see if I could get it cheaper without the antenna but for the box I think that it's a great and big compliment to exuby customer service for emailing me the reset code within 10 minutes (daytime). I only used it for TV, can't comment on other functions. I switched it back to coax and hooray! everything is better. I love it and called xfinity yesterday and 'cut the cord' official.
