I need a backup camera so I can see if someone or something is behind me. This backup camera is well packaged ready to install on my 2012 Dodge Journey. It is made of high quality materials and looks very durable and well designed with a night vision light next to the main camera lens. It simply attaches to the top of the license plate with screws (I put the bracket behind the license plate to make it look like it was factory installed). The power and video cables were routed through the tailgate compartment where the power cable was connected to the plus of the reversing light. It took me a while to route the wires and remove the tail light to hook it up, but it's not such a terrible task anyway. The video quality is top notch and the night vision is easy to see even in my dark driveway. I highly recommend this backup camera for its design and quality.
