Review on 🥥 Coco Cup Bonka Bird Toys: All-Natural Coconut Chew for Parrots, Parrotlets, Budgies, Finches, Cockatiels, and Parakeets by Gabriela Warner

I really don't understand how this got two 5 star reviews before mine. It's a good nest, but not the best either. What I like about this nest is its solid construction. The coconut base is firm but not uncomfortable to the touch. The chains that support it are strong, and the holes drilled into the coconut don't look like they'll break or otherwise fail. Unfortunately, there are a few things I don't like about this product. First, this is an illusion. It is listed as intended for kennels, lorikeets or even gray parrots. Some of them would be very convenient while others would be completely impossible! To be honest I don't know what the company was thinking given the size of this nest. I bought it for finches to fit comfortably and the size didn't bother me but if you have a larger bird be careful. Second, the plastic rings attached to the nest are too big for the size of the nest. They actually block access to the nest and, rather than being fun toys or a visual distraction for the birds, prevent them from getting in and out of the nest easily. This is a nest, not a toy, and it would be better if the company just kept it in one place or another. Try to find a version without multi-colored plastic rings, they are impractical.
