I first ordered another Bluetooth adapter from another company because it was a bit cheaper, then I spent 2 hours getting it to work and it didn't work. I should have followed my intuition and gotten it in the first place. I plugged it in and it worked right away! I was able to connect the headset and within two minutes I was up and running. It works great and it has great communication between phone and headset. When new headsets come to the office I will definitely buy this adapter again.
