Review on Genie 7055-KV Garage Door Opener, Black by Matt Heringer

The opener is quiet! I have a double, insulated (heavy) metal door and there is almost no sound when the motor operates. The instructions are very easy to understand, all the parts are bagged in color-coded bags that match the color-coded instructions (use the green bag of parts for this step). The only drawback we found is with the battery backup. There are no instructions on how to attach it. It seemed like we did it correctly, but to confirm, we searched YouTube on the install of the battery backup. Oh, and it doesn’t come with light bulbs, which I didn’t notice until it arrived. Overall, no complaints at all! And we didn’t need tech support so I can’t rate that.
