In general, if the hardware fits, the end product will perform well. I had to heavily modify the rails with spacers to mount a 10" Atlas Power air conditioner. Was inspired by DaGeezer reviews but the rails are thin making it a 13 inch case. I can't close the door as I had to pull the rails out a bit to give it depth. In general, it would be much better if the display was advertised as 10 inches and had 1-2 inches of additional depth. Wouldn't recommend until 10 inches is tight/standard to at least hold the aircon without issues. I was able to get it working for me. Not closing the door really sucks, but it still looks great compared to having everything just lying around.
