Great device. Small, and I mean this tiny manual that comes with it, is a bit cryptic in its terminology, but that's mainly because it's very short of words. Just a few words here and there, and it's easy to get confused as to what they mean. But from a technological point of view, this device is great. Aside from the cryptic manual, it's actually easy to set up and use. I just plugged it into my PC, looked up its static IP address 192.168.254.254, and then set it up through the web interface. This involved scanning my WiFi hotspots (available SSIDs), selecting the hotspot I wanted to connect to and giving it a static IP so I could always find it. Boom! Did! Now just plug it into any RJ45 port and it's on my network. I used this for an outdoor wifi security camera that went offline. WiFi on the camera stopped working, but as soon as I connected it to the RJ45 port, the camera returned to the network and worked fine. And it actually has better bandwidth than the camera's original WiFi connection. It also has the ability to become an access point. This can be disabled if you wish (which I did as I only needed the bridge for the camera), but it does provide the functionality to extend your Wi-Fi network from the point of deployment. So it's not only a great bridge for wired devices, but also a WiFi extender. An unbeatable product in this price range! And it saved me from having to replace a WiFi camera that had lost its WiFi capabilities. The cameras I use are amazing in every way except the WiFi scheme. A crappy scheme prone to low bandwidth and full shutdown. I've had Wi-Fi issues with three of these cameras, but this little gem saves them!
