When I bought a used Class C RV they had valve stem extenders on one side and none on the other. They fit perfectly (DO NOT TIGHTEN or they will leak). I was a little worried about the yoke not staying in place, but I placed it closer to the outside edge of the hole (tire side, not axle side) to solve the centrifugal problem and tightened it and nothing happened . I had no problems (I've just done 1250 miles and everything was still in place. I was also concerned that I wouldn't be able to check tire pressures with them (based on the answers in the Q&A section) but that too is not a problem I can easily check the pressure in both tires and fill or depressurize them if necessary.
