It took about a week for the carpet to wear down the air underneath. It was upside down and about 10 degrees when I received it. Better now. I bought it to cover the floor where I dropped my clippers. If you buy for softness, get a thicker one. My cart and cutting chair don't roll over it easily. It's temporary, so everything will be fine!
