The most helpful thing about this program is that it has a very simple interface to use. It was easy to learn how to navigate as there are tutorials available to help with the learning curve. There are not many things I dislike about this program. However, the only thing I disliked was having to pay $75/month to have the program up and running. This fee is steep for some small businesses. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to organize your permit files, then this software would be perfect for you! I am using it to organize my city permits.
