My laptop hard drive died about two months ago. The operating system was in a loop, i.e. it kept rebooting thinking it was the last stage of update mode. I called Dell and told them about my problem. They said my hard drive was partially damaged. So I bought a new one and replaced the old one. Meanwhile, I was wondering how to get back my precious files that were on my old hard drive. I went to Best Buy thinking I could get my files back courtesy of the Geek Squad. However, it would have cost me 70€. So I went online to buy an enclosure for my hard drive to see if I could access my files. Before that, I decided on a cheaper one and bought it. However, Revain didn't stock it. So I bought this one instead. It worked wonderfully. Hopefully I can use my old hard drive as a backup as it worked. I don't want to lose my files again. Installing the hard drive was very easy. I was very impressed with the quality of the product.
