Doesn't connect to Wi-Fi Bluetooth or anything. The app is terrible

This lock works great if you don't want to connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The hardware installation instructions via the app were fantastic. The lock itself tells you how to program the PIN codes to unlock and lock it and set it up in itself, but when you set it up with 'Yale Connect' hahahahah yeah that's another Story! Hub/Wi-Fi bridge included! It's not a coincidence. After many tries with numerous Yale apps designed for the locks they sell, nothing worked. I couldn't connect the included WiFi bridge to my network, I've tried several routers and yes I've used the correct frequency that is required. I also couldn't connect to the module that comes with the lock or the app or the Home Kit or anything for that matter. The support was useless, no one ever replied, even the website says it won't set up smoothly after iOS 14.2. No apps work with it in terms of wireless use. Positive reviews here from 2019 to 2020, that explains a lot in the end, I will return it. Don't waste your time like me
