Exactly what I was looking for!
I ordered 2 of these to use with Knitters Pride replacement needles. They are the perfect size for hat making. The yellow wire is 8 inches long (9.5 inches if you use metal snaps on the ends). Combined with my spare needles, which are each 4.5 inches long, this makes a circular knitting needle about 18 inches long.
