Review on Pentair Pentek WS-20BB, 20-inch Big Blue Water Softener Cartridge, 20 x 4.5-inch by Karen Avance

I'm really not sure which review to give. This is my second purchase of this Pentek filter. The first worked well and the overall hardness of the water dropped to about 50ppm, which was less than my tap water. The second filter I just bought doesn't work at all. Filtered water and tap water are tested in the same way using 2 different test kits. So if I could bet 2.5 I would. I have now bought a different brand of fabric softener from a different source, but at twice the price. piss off!
