Customer service was great

I am an amateur just learning to weld. The device is compact and lightweight for the performance. Dinse 10-25 standard plugs provide many options for earth wire and electrode replacement. Haven't tried Lift TiG so can't comment on that and my MMA/stick experience suggests it needs plenty of practice. Most of what I've done with this unit over the past 6 months has been with the flux cored MiG. With thick metal this is as easy as using a hot glue gun. The flimsy metal you need to get the speed right or you'll burn out. From what I've seen and read, this is true of any cored wire welder. Now for the customer service aspect. After about 5 months of using the Warrior type at the weekend, the IGBT in the welding machine burned out. Finding the correct email address was a bit more difficult than I would have liked, but I received a reply that it would be taken care of and was presented with several options. I went with a block replacement. I received a brand new device at my door in about 3 business days. They asked me to send back the defective device. This is really the only thing I would wish for in a replacement if they could handle it better by sending me a return label instead of paying return shipping. For those who want to learn I would recommend this device and this company. This is a low price and the customer service is way better than I expected for such a price.
