1) There is a threaded hole in the bottom of the "neck" that attaches to the plastic base, a screw tightens the bottom of the neck to the plastic base plate. The threads don't match. They don't strip, they just don't screw in more than 1 turn before they snap into place. = Schrott2) On top of the neck there is a plastic holder for the camera. The first time I plugged the camera in, it broke. Apparently he carefully slid it onto the clamps and arrow, the whole plastic part of the mount broke off at the top of the neck = trash3) The quality of the USB cable is just stunning. The fit with my computer's USB port wasn't exactly snug, and in the 5 minutes I played with it it lost connection about 15 times. Move cable, no connection. Keep the cable steady but move the camera too fast, frozen. = Junk4) The program download link was 404 Not Found.
