Works as advertised.
The slices are slightly thicker but otherwise firm and ideal for spam, tofu, avocados and other soft foods (e.g. bananas, kiwis etc.). So far the best use of spam is for dicing (length x length x cross section) which we use for breakfast tacos. Corn tortillas with fried spam, egg, cheese and salsa make for a delicious pancake breakfast at home or on the go. Especially when the cakes are heated over an open fire! Chopped fresh onions are a bonus.
