Great for getting basic knowledge & ideas to come up
The best part about this software, it gives you all information that your need regarding patents related technology from USPTO website as well which helps me save time while working with my clients who are looking into new inventions of theirs! Sometimes when I am searching through different topics such as "patentable subject matter", there may be some missing results but other than those minor issues everything was great so far!! Nothing really comes across negative points at least not anything i can think right now :) This has been very helpful because we have seen many times where our client gets confused over what they should do next since most people don't know much abut how things work here within U.S Patent Office system hence why using these types services help us solve problems by giving them proper guidance!
