What a disappointment - thermometer and timer
The thermometer popped out too early on my Thanksgiving turkey. I'm an experienced cook and have used pop-ups in my turkeys many times. My turkey was pickled in brine and I find it cooks a little quicker than without the brine so I figured it would, but I should have trusted my gut, not this thermometer. Had to put the turkey back on the cook after they started cutting. Dissatisfied
