Almost direct fit. Note that the hardware is no longer an issue and the factory hardware, the center of the pad lugs, is not curved enough on the factory hardware to clear the rotor as it is slightly larger. The product is great but I have had them on several vehicles and I will find the customer service to be poor at best and I called this time too.
