the shoe clips that came with these pads were poorly made, they were too big and hit the rotors, I had to buy my own clips locally and do the job twice a day . I'm dating clips costing $11.00 Carlson h5641q and my time.

First impressions: nice packaging and looks of a quality product. Second impression: During installation, the supplied replacement clips on the rotor got in the way. they rubbed. I cleaned the old clips and they work great. I'll update this review once I've ridden a few miles on the pads.

Almost direct fit. Note that the hardware is no longer an issue and the factory hardware, the center of the pad lugs, is not curved enough on the factory hardware to clear the rotor as it is slightly larger. The product is great but I have had them on several vehicles and I will find the customer service to be poor at best and I called this time too.

The kit arrived on time and was bought at a great price. Because this kit includes brake discs, the packaging is very heavy. Because of this, Revain's box was quite dented and almost completely open. Thank goodness the Power Stop guys had a kit in the box too. The bottom line is that all parts arrived safely. Brake pads and discs look good. The kit contains all the parts needed to replace brake pads and brake discs, including anti-noise pads and pad springs.

Attention! They will not fit a 1998 Trans Am if you are using stock calipers. The rotor diameter is too large, wiping #$%^ out of the caliper. The Power Stop rotor also rubs on the clamps that hold the pads to the mounting bracket, again because the diameter is too large for this application. Conclusion: The rotor is too big for the stock caliper and bracket. They of course said they would fit and by the time I put them on the return period had expired.
