I bought these clips to use with my sous vide stand. They are the perfect size and strength. The small "grip pads" are a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. What is a repurchase and recommendation stopper is the metal used for the spring and hinge mechanisms. Rusted after a few uses. For this reason I cannot recommend the Cheaplights 3.75" spring clips for use in water or wet environments.
