Review on General Tools 92 Swivel Head by Leo Govindan

First of all I would like to point out that I did not receive a General Tools product. At first the surface is rough and the coating comes off. on your fingers when trying to use the tool. I have a sliver of metal I'm still trying to get out of my index finger. The collet is not made of hardened metal and will flex rather than return to its original shape. It is impossible to tighten the cartridge, since the thread is very poorly stamped, not cut. I used to have a General Tools 92 Swivel Head Pin Tise and found it to be a quality tool. It's not like this. I will ask for a refund.
