I like that it is easy to use, has many features that are helpful for any size business. It is very customizable and allows for many different ways to view and manage data. Some of the features are not as intuitive as other programs. For example, when adding or editing reports, there is no "next" button, so it's easy to get lost in the middle of an edit. Also, some features are not user friendly. For example, when searching using a specific field value, we have to search through all fields to find what we're looking for. This makes it difficult to find something quickly. We are solving our need for having one place where all information is stored and easily accessible.
