**UPDATE 7/7/22**The company was relatively quick to respond to my message about the issue. Upon showing them the picture posted in this review, they told me this is not the norm and passed it along to their engineer. I was issued a full refund without any pushback. I have raised my review rating 2 more stars since they were responsive and did the right thing. Still, for a defective product, I can't go more than 3 stars under my experience.**INITIAL REVIEW**Like everyone else looking into 3rd party batteries for their Dyson vaccuums, I figured whats the worst that can happen with one that costs half as much?Well, turns out, a pretty big issue. The ring around the charger inlet isn't aligned properly and because of this, the charger gets stuck to the battery. As you can see in the picture, when it's misaligned, the small groove in the charger gets hung up on that misaligned ring when trying to remove it, and practically required ripping the mounted charger off the wall to remove it.I can't comment on battery life or other issues as I wasn't even able to get over the first hurdle of properly charging this battery.I've contacted the seller and they claim that they will refund me, but I haven't heard back since sending them picture proof of the flaw. I will change my rating accordingly if/when that happens.Until then, just like everything in life, roll the dice on this battery if you like. Seems like a lot of good reviews so I may have received the 8:03AM Monday morning battery production run.
