99 Expedition Cruise Control Repaired

Updated Design Looks Different From What You Will Replace Last year the cruise control system began to work intermittently. It started working less and less until I could even get it to work. I stumbled across this part and decided to give it a try since it's so cheap. In my case, it took me less than five minutes to swap it out using just a crescent wrench, flathead screwdriver, and scissors. Immediately afterwards I did a test drive and the cruise control went back to normal. If that doesn't work I would suggest you check the inline fuse that is taped to the wire harness. If you follow the adapter connector you will see a blue label and a rubber fuse holder with a 2 amp fuse inside. The blue label indicates that the wiring harness needs to be replaced if the fuse is blown. Good luck Ford friends, hope this helps.
