Safe for my plants. But did not change the pH to 7.5.

I have added this to my aquarium even though it says not to add to aquariums with live plants. How stupid is it that an aquarium product can't be used with aquarium plants? Anyway, my aquarium plants are doing fine, so I think it was worth the risk. I think some plants don't take it, I don't know. I can say that it would be nice if this fact was stated in the product description before ordering and not to read on the bottle after delivery! The pH value has adjusted in my aquarium, but only to 7.0, not to 7.5. I have a 15 liter tank. Perhaps, like other reviewers, I need to take the pH to the next level and see if this can raise and maintain the pH. Of course, knowing my luck, my plants will actually die if I do that. If not one, then another.
