I've had mine for about 2 years and don't make copies anymore. To date there have been no problems when he only made 3 copies out of 5. I tried several new DVDs in each slot but didn't make any more copies. I try to move the tower and the lights flash on it and it restarts a couple of times. The power cord has been checked twice and even replaced, but it still doesn't work properly. It only has a 1 year warranty and I need it for work. I'll look into another one that isn't covered by the short warranty. I need something that will last and it just didn't do it for me.
