I really liked the device and apart from not being up to its main task it's great. Pros - easy setup, two sensors, iOS app, WiFi connection. Most importantly, it has a high temperature alarm. Disadvantages - does not maintain the temperature. I set the max temperature to 78 degrees with the alarm set to 80 degrees. The alarm goes off, warning me that the temperature in the tank is over 80 degrees. This happened several times even after the maximum temperature was set to 76 degrees. Check the actual temperature in the tank and it was 80 degrees. The device warned me about the high temperature but didn't turn off the heating. I might have a bed, but I don't want to risk it. He will be returned.
