Review on Garmin 🗺️ Nuvi 50LM GPS Navigator by John Ruelas

I've had it for about a month now and these are the pros and cons for me. because it can be quite annoying. • It seems to recalculate much faster than my old Nuvi model. • Up-to-date information on local POIs such as restaurants and shops. • There are several free voices and vehicles that are better than those installed on your device. Disadvantages: • This device does NOT say street names! • The touch screen does not respond very well. You must press firmly and/or multiple times for it to work. • 2 out of 4 linked targets were wrong. 5+ houses across the street are wrong. • Failed to download additional voices or vehicles to device unless I used a miniSD card. • Garmin maps do not update properly. I live in New Mexico and we don't have many roads, all things considered. Speaking of paved roads, it's been on the map for over 10 years. • Does not have an updated list of POIs such as state/national attractions and parks. • Sometimes points to a parallel street instead of the actual street I'm on. if they are less than 50 feet apart. • Does not update quickly when changing direction, sometimes it takes a long time to recalculate. I was parked southbound for over 20 minutes and it kept showing that I was facing east. I'll update again with the pros or cons that I noticed.
