I am a disabled veteran looking for a stair climber cart to carry a 57 pound bag of dog food to my second floor apartment. Very poorly designed.1. Loading area is very small. It fits in a small crate, and the crate cannot be wider than the platform, as anything larger will get in the way of the wheels.2. Standing wheels above the platform.3. I'm 6ft tall and the soft grip is too low for me to comfortably maneuver the cart. 4. My first mission. The plastic legs under the platform fell off. I was so happy when it arrived. I couldn't wait to use it. I am 100% connected to the Disabled Animal Service and figured maybe it could give me more freedom. driving from the car to my apartment on the second floor. I assembled a trolley. (very simple) that ended the simplicity. I had to carry a small trash can to the dumpster and I wanted to take dog food to my apartment the way back. I put the bin on the platform and couldn't find a convenient way to get it down the stairs. Well, the trash can fell down the stairs and made a huge mess. But wait, it gets better. Trash was everywhere. It took me half an hour to clean up the mess. Thought I was having a heart attack. Now for a good par. Carrying a bag of dog food to my apartment. Well, I even went back inside to watch the easy-to-use video. Well, it wasn't that easy for me. The bag was too big for the platform. I tried anyway. I lifted the cart halfway up the stairs and the dog food bag wouldn't stay on the cart. It jumped and rolled down the stairs.
