I learned more about vacuum sealers from this company than the other two I've had before and got rid of. Remember there must be at least 8 inches of loose (empty) material over the product before sealing the product AND if there is liquid in the product you must do one of two things to ensure the liquid does not penetrate in the center of his seal, preventing their sealing. First: you can freeze food, I believe that's called quick freezing, and then you don't have to worry about liquids getting in the way of printing OR you can take a paper towel and cut it about 1 inch long like a Accordion fold half a width X width of the inside pocket. You put it near food and it will absorb the liquid. It's that simple, why don't other companies provide you with all this additional information? Watch these videos again and then maybe again to get all the information. It's so simple and so perfect. Have fun!
