I like that it is secure for my children to use with their friends as well! It's easy enough anyone can get in without having an issue at all. There are certain features you have access too after they approve your account which makes sense but sometimes there isn't much of anything worth showing them until then so we end up just doing something else instead or asking someone who knows better what each level means. We've used this product several times now because our church doesn’t want us using email when people ask questions about praying over sick family members etc. This way everyone has one centralized location online where others around the world could see if needed through live chat options also available here via text/voice call option from anywhere (whereas other services often require being physically present). No complaints really yet except maybe we need more ways than just texting only to share information. People don't always know how best to communicate by phone either since.
