Like most, I started by putting velcro on the windshield. Then I had to get a replacement when the windshield cracked. Okay, just another piece of velcro. Then a relative showed up and I said there was no fare for this trip; I have a passport! But he didn't want Velcro on his car's windshield. So I creatively tied the badge to the back of the sun visor. Smart right? Only fell twice! Then I saw that, spent ten and thought: Well, that works. But now I can transfer my passport from one car to another and no longer have duct tape to worry about and take it with me when I'm not driving. Oh, and turns out my wife's garage pass uses that filthy velcro too. So none of that for us! Yes, it's a little absurd, and no, it's not necessary, but it's certainly convenient.
