This is the second pump I've ordered!

This is the second air pump I have ordered in a year. The company I first ordered from replaced my first pump because it was stuck. Now this pump has a blown seal or something in this particular order because there is oil everywhere the pump is installed. I've only used it maybe 3 times for my rear airbags and maybe the horns that came with the original kit so mostly not used. I would really like to know, am I the only person having problems with this particular pump?
