Great lift! I used this to lift a Thule Cargo Box on the roof to the ceiling of the 12ft garage. Works perfectly. I lifted my (200#) own weight slightly so there wasn't even a slight struggle sound. The cargo box only weighs 65 pounds, so there shouldn't be any problems. I made a double pulley on a 2x4 sling and ratchet that costs a lot less than a Thule ceiling mount system and the best part is that with this hoist you get an electric knob instead of manually raising the Thule crank. Super easy to use. The engine revs are a bit higher than I expected, but that's not a problem. Works as described. I would like a wireless remote but couldn't find one and for the price I wasn't expecting a wireless remote.
